1. Understand the Quota Cap: Personal Gmail accounts (@gmail.com) enforce a strict 500 messages per 24 hours rolling limit. Official Google Workspace domains (@pythagorastoolbox.com) allow 2,000 messages per 24 hours.

2. Instant 30-Second Failover (Zero App Rebuild): If usage surges near 400+ messages today:

Create a free account on Resend.com (gives 3,000 free emails/month, 100/day) or Brevo.com (gives 300 free emails/day).
